Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of data Flow OS holds from Meta (Facebook) through our app, Flow OS Ads:

1. Email support@flowos.tech with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your business name and the ad account or Facebook Page the request relates to.

We will confirm receipt and delete the stored reports, campaign drafts and related records within 30 days. We will confirm by email when this is done.

To stop our access immediately, remove Flow OS as a partner in your Meta Business Settings. This revokes our access to your ad accounts and Pages straight away. Your ads and ad account history inside Meta stay under your control and are not affected.
